Job Summary : 

We are looking for a qualified Production Planner to organize production according to demand and quality standards. This position will be responsible for production planning activities which requires good communication and computer skills are very useful for the role.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
  • Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
  • Determine workforce, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
  • Schedule shift according to production needs
  • Workorder attainment to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
  • Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
  • Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
  • Prepare and submit status and performance reports
  • Keep paperwork organized
  • Collaborate with Procurement, customer care and production, quality control, warehouse and other staff

Who You Are:

  • You should have strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Customer focused.
  • Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects through to completion and to manage competing priorities.
  • Commercial and financial acumen with a full understanding of the impact of failure in terms of business loss.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering with 0 – 2 years Industry experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with written, verbal, and social skills.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good English communication skills (written & verbal)

Preferred Requirements : Experience from actuator, controls & instrumentation industry
