Job Title : Java Developer

Responsibilities-
* Designing Java-based applications and their full implementation.
* Implement, and maintain Java-based applications
* Conduct software analysis, programming, and testing
* Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
* Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate these issues
* Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
* Understanding the requirements of the users to create the application design.
* Defining the objectives and functions of the applications.
* Ensuring that the application objectives are according to the business goals of the company.
* Developing and testing the software.
* Debugging and resolving the technical issues that come in.
* Examine the current code and suggest patches, design changes or code fixes.
* Creating multimedia applications.
* Preparing the documentation of the design.
* Preparing and producing releases of software components.
* Support continuous improvement, searching for alternatives and technologies.
* Preparing documentation for assisting users.
* Ensuring continuous professional self-development.
* Lead software development efforts and mentor junior developers
* Provide technical support to resolve application issues
* Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
* Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends

Key Skills-
Java and Micro services background along with knowledge on Retail, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Order management flows.
